Awesome Stay!
good breakfastclean poolgood size bedroomhelpful staff
The hotel offered a good buffet breakfast with a tempting room service menu. The swimming pool was clean and a good size, I swam a lot. The bedroom was a good size and clean. Staff was helpful, and I liked that.
The hot water took quite a while to get to the tap in my room, this was slightly annoying.

The hotel had a gym, I used it everyday, it was amazing. The pool was also very nice, I had a relaxing time there. The hotel was quiet, safe and warm, so I enjoyed my visit to the fullest.
Check-in was quick. Lucy at reception explained all facilities. She showed menus. Extra options were available for my child. Our room was very spacious. It was also very clean. It had everyting for a comfortable stay.
It was noisy in the morning. This was due to two busy function rooms. Staff was unattentive when the smell was mentioned. This impacted the quality of my stay.

The Family Room had two double beds. There was a separate seating area. The bathroom included complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels. We found enough space for everyone.

Perfect Cleanliness and Helpful Staff
fast check-inhelpful staffspecial touchesrising cost
Check-in was very fast. They added special touches to the room because it was our anniversary. The location worked well, the staff were nice, and helpful too.
I noticed cost has risen a lot since we began staying here. I felt quite upset about paying extra for a swim. It felt extortionate since staying here is not cheap, and parking cost extra per night.
Rooms
9/10
The room was spacious, clean, and stylish. It included everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was also really clean and modern. It has air conditioning, opulent entrance hall, parking and a very nice bathroom.
